TPL Insurance batted first against Adamjee Life at the Insurance Premier League (Season 2).
TPL lost wickets early on and struggled to get going after that. With the exception of Muhammad Kamran's 29 and Ali Haider's 30 runs, none of the other batsmen were able to effectively contribute as Adamjee bowlers did well to pick wickets and keep things tight. Obaid Siddiqui lead the bowling attack with his 3 wickets while Shrikant, Umer Noor and Muhammad Adnan took 2 wickets each to limit TPL to 113 in 19 overs.
In response, Adamjee Life had a relatively easy time in the chase with opener Mujahid Siddiqui scoring a valuable half century off just 40 balls. Saad Hassan and Abdul Mohid also contributed 23 and 19 respectively as Adamjee chased down the target in 13.1 overs. TPL bowlers struggled to get the breakthroughs they needed with Kashif Rajput taking 2 wickets and Muhammad Kamran picking up a wicket.
Adamjee Life won by 7 wickets.
