Allied Friends Vs Al Hamra (Khas and Viper Premier League)

Al Hamra's top batting order were very quick in chasing the target set by Allied Friends and enjoyed victory.

Allied Friends started off the match in a fashionable manner with Nadeem Saleem and Nabeel Younus as their opening pair. Nadeem Saleem scored 19 runs and Nabeel Younus scored 5 runs. Mustafa Mazhar came one down and displayed good form by scoring 30 runs for his side. He hit two massive sixes and got some decent runs on the scoreboard for his side. Anjum Riaz supported the score run by playing an excellent innings of 53 runs. Haris Tanvir fought back, picking up 2 wickets to try and limit the flow of runs. Ali Fayaz and Zaeem Javed were the last pair to bat for Allied Friends. Both of them carried a partnership of 31 runs and brought the total to 147 runs in 20 overs.

 Al Hamra was off to a flying start in the second innings. The top batting order portrayed top form and played some great shots and were able to chase the target easily. Saad Tariq and Danish Alvi were the opening batsmen for Al Hamra. Saad Tariq was on the top of his game and scored 61 runs off 22 balls. He hit 6 boundaries and 4 massive sixes. Danish Alvi scored 22 runs off 12 balls. Khurram Maqbool made the breakthrough dismissing the opening batsmen and fighting hard to pull his team back in the game. Afnan Karim (31) and Kashif Younis (14) played the winning shots comfortably guiding their team to victory. . Al Hamra chased the target in 10.5 overs and won the match by 7 wickets.
