Al Zohaib batted first against UT Sports at the SPL Season 4. The batting side were off to a rocky start after losing opener Adeel Rizvi and one down Salman Sanghani cheaply. The team however, recovered effortlessly after that with Haider Ali Bangash turning up for his side. Haider smashed 65 off 47 including 6 fours and 3 sixes. Rameez Mehboob also contributed a fiery 41 as Al Zohaib ended at a competitive 171 for 5 in 20 overs. UT bowlers were relatively weak against the opposition, unable to capitalize on the decent start. Adeel Abid Shamsi lead the attack with his 2 wickets.
In response, UT Sports Challengers in response completely fell apart, bowled out for 130 in 18.3 overs. Muhammad Waseem's 21 and 30 by Ali Ammar were the most notable batsmen for their side as the rest of the side imploded, unable to effectively contribute to the score. A few run outs and a strong display of bowling lead by Mustafa Fattani and the entire unit helped Al Zohaib to an easy victory.
Al Zohaib Caracrete won by 41 runs.
