Ali Sports displayed all-round dominance in a match against Debonair Fashion & Salon in the Power Play Cricket Night League.
Batting first, Ali Sports lost an early wicket but quickly regained their strength and started scoring runs. Saad Dawood (48 off 41 balls) partnered with Aqeel Doger (94 off 58 balls including 13 boundaries). Their strong partnership contributed many runs to the team. Khurram Ali Khan also added 16 runs to the board towards the end to bring the team to a good total of 175 runs. The bowlers struggled to take wickets and were weak in the face of the batsmen. Madni Waqas Raja claimed 2 wickets.
Debonair were off to a good start as their opener Talha Shehzad fired 52 off just 22 balls while Zubair Ahmed and Salman Shahid contributed 18 and 19 runs respectively. However, after their dismissals, the team struggled to perform and the batsmen got out for low scores. They were bowled out for 136 runs. Saad Dawood and Muhammad Ali were the lead wicket takers, with 3 wickets each. They were supported by the remaining bowling attack.
