Bochia CC batted first against Super Power Motor Cycle at the Memon Talent Hunt Season 4. The team did well to post a competitive total with each of their batters contributing effectively. Shahbaz Attari’s stunning 52 off 25 and valuable cameos of 33 and 29 by Abdul and Ajmal respectively got Bochia CC to 164 for 8 in 20 overs. The team however could have scored more but seemed to struggle with running between the wickets with 3 run outs in their line up. Super Power bowlers did well to pick wickets with Umer Khanani leading the attack with his 2 scalps.
In response, Super Power Motor Cycle put on an all round strong performance despite losing early wickets. Abdullah Afzal’s handy 35 at the top and a match winning knock of 47 not out of Anas Abdul Sattar helped Super Power chase down the target 19.4 overs. Bochia bowlers did well to try and limit the opposition with Umair Razzaq’s 4 wickets but it wasn’t enough to defend their target.
