All-round performance from Alliance Sports saw them through to a comfortable 30 runs win over Zamzam Sports.
Alliance Sports batted first and were off to a reasonable start, Tabish was looking in good touch and was in dangerous mood as he was timing the ball sweetly and was hitting the ball well, he scored 25 of just 15 balls during his stay. On the other hand, his opening partner was struggling, Khurram just scored 16 with a strike rate of just 64 during his miserable stay. Idrees and Talha after the departure of the openers carried the innings forward and both scored 35 and had a good partnership during the middle of the innings which gave Alliance a very good chance in the game as they reached a very reasonable 165 in their 20 overs.
The chase was off to a blazing start as Zamzam sports openers were in aggressive mood, Asif and Fida Khan demolished the opening bowlers and smashed them all around the park during their stay. Asif scored 20 and Fida who was looking in flawless hitting form scored 31 of just 12. Even after a brilliant start, Zamzam sports lost their way during the middle overs as Alliance Sports came back strongly in the game. Ahsan and Faisal picked up the crucial wickets in the middle stage of the innings whereas Humayun was also one of the destroyer as he picked up 3 wickets. With this effort Alliance Sports comfortably defended their score of 165 and won by 30 runs.
