Revolution Star batted first and had a rough day with the bat. Opener Raheel was the star of the show, playing a fantastic knock of 59 runs and keeping his wicket throughout the innings. The rest of the team however lost wickets regularly and were unable to provide any support. Asif was the only other notable contributor for his side with a fiery 27 runs. Israr-ul-Haq and Hassan bowled well for Alliance Sports, picking up 3 and 2 wickets respectively, taking wickets, breaking momentum and damaging the opposition. Revolution Star posted a target of 137 in 20 overs.
In response Alliance Sports were off to a flying start with opener Hassan scoring a fantastic knock of 58 runs with a strike rate of over 300. Revolution Star bowlers were helpless against an aggressive batting order and could not stop the flow of runs. Contributions by Ishtiaq (33) and Saad Ahmed (36) sealed a comfortable victory for Alliance who chased down the total in 11.2 overs.
