Alpha CC bowlers did well to keep the momentum in their favour, picking wickets and giving little away. Saad Ahmed was the only player to break the shackles with a very valuable 56 off just 29 balls to boost Proud Pakistan to a respectable 141 for 8 in 20 overs. Yousuf Meghani was the key bowler for his side, taking 2 wickets.
In response, Alpha CC lost opener Syed Inam for just 3 runs However Waseem and Fahad Saleem lead the recovery for their side. Waseem contributed a handy 29 but it was really Fahad's knock that stole the show. His impressive 60 came off just 41 balls as Alpha CC chased down the target in 16.1 overs. Proud Pakistan bowlers were ineffective against the opposition, unable to strike when needed.
