The Askari Kings played the Gulshan Becks on 1-11-2015 in a relatively one sided encounter at the Baqai Cadet College Ground.
The Gulshan Becks batted first with opener Kamran Ahmed scoring a sensational 77 of just 41 balls which included 8 boundaries and 2 maximums. Kamran Siddique and Waqas Khan chipped in with their contributions in the middle order scoring 34 and 21 respectively, to take the Gulshan Becks to a very respectable 180 at the loss of only 2 wickets.
Askari Kings acheived this total in fantastic fashion with 3 balls to spare and 8 wickets left in the tank. The opening partnership between the two Usmans saw Askari off to a brilliant start, where Usman Hassan scored 39 of just 19 balls and the latter Usman got 45 of 39 before being dismissed by Kamran Siddiqui. Anas Ahmed and Yasin Ali then wasted no time in finishing the match and scored rapid fire half centuries each,to take the Askari Kings to an emphatic victory.
