IAP Vs Atlas Pakistan ( 3rd Challengers Corporate Cup Champions League )
An all round performance by Shoaib and Haris for Atlas, bashed the challenging team.
The first inning initiated as Atlas Pakistan went off with a good start with their opening batsmen. Zeeshan played an effective innings by scoring 32 runs and later in the innings Shoaib and Haris played a stupendous innings. Shoaib scored 38 runs and Haris scored 61 runs. The batting order was in quite good form and played some beautiful cricket. Atlas Pakistan scored a total of 169 runs, for IAP to chase in 20 overs.
IAP looked pretty determined on chasing the target as Kamran Qaiser scored a beautiful half century on 42 balls, but that was just about it for IAP, when Shoaib took the most crucial wicket and stopped IAP in its tracks. IAP's whole batting order came stumbling down. Shoaib was not only good with the bat, but he also rocked with the ball and took 3 wickets in 4 overs for Atlas Pakistan, and IAP was unsuccessful in chasing the target and scored 151 in 20 overs,
Atlas Pakistan won by 18 runs. It was a close contest.
