Avanza batted first and had a horrible time with the bat as they lost wickets at regular intervals and hardly any batsman from top order managed to score in double figures. The opening bowlers Asim and Saad were in fine bowling form as they demolished their oppositions top order and did not allow them to take charge of the game. The innings was going nowhere but the lower middle order gave some respect to the total with their little cameos. Ashar was the highest scorer with his 25 and took his side to 98.
The bowling was brilliant from Folio3 and the batting was the opposite. They had only 98 to chase but Avanza made their life difficult and made them work hard for each run. With such a low score to defend you need your bowlers to bowl in right areas and your fielder to field well. Avanza played like a team and astonishingly defended 98.
