Memon Stars came in to bat first with their openers in fine form. Their openers Bilal Aslam & Ahmed Asif gave them a flying start. Ahmed was looking promising until he departed after scoring 26 runs. Ibrahim Sardar Dosani came in & scored with the same scoring rate scoring 27 runs. After his departure the bowlers picked up 2 wickets un quick succession but Bilal Aslam was unfazed. He was hitting the ball towards all parts of the ground. He played an absolute marathon of an innings scoring 102 runs off just 50 balls. Abdul Rafay came in towards the back end of the innings & smashed an 18 ball 32. Maaz Siddiqui & Adnan Saleem managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. Memon Stars posted a mammoth total of 205 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
Malik Sports came in to chase down this target & were off to a decent start. Despite loosing 2 wickets early on they kept the scoring rate high with Ahmed Hassan scoring 36 & Ahsan Manzoor playing a sublime knock of 69 runs. The rest of the batsmen couldn’t do much as the bowlers kept on picking up wickets at regular intervals. Mujtaba Raza, Abdul Rafay & Moin Kodavi picked up a couple of wickets each.
