Burraq Motors came in to bat first with their openers in fine form. Their openers made full use of their form as Wahaj Riaz smashed 64 runs off just 26 deliveries completely blowing away the opposition. Ibrahim Sheikh scored 30 off 22. The bowlers then managed to pickup 2 quick wickets. Rehan Tanoli came in & played a cameo of 32 runs off just 17 deliveries where as Usman Khan scored 22 off 15. Syed Sharjeel Ahmed came in towards the back end of the innings & played a fiery innings of 28 runs off just 11 deliveries. Mustajab Mustafa managed to pickup 3 wickets but went for plenty. Burraq Motors posted a mammoth total of 219 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
Institute Of Business Administration (IBA) came in to chase down this target & were off to a dreadful start loosing their 5 wickets early on in the game. The bowlers completely dominated through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The batting lineup completely collapsed & had no answers for such bowling. Ishtiaq Ahmed provided some sort of resistance as he scored 30 runs off 28 deliveries. Mujtaba Mustafa gave him good support as he scored 21 off 17 but it was too little too late. Syed Sharjeel Ahmed ripped through the batting lineup picking up 3 wickets & found good support from Wajid Ali & Owais Badar who picked up a couple of wickets each. Institute Of Business Administration (IBA) were bowled out for 112 runs in 18.4 overs.
