Cocoon Home beat Shan Foods by 47 runs at the Al Mansoora Ground in the final of the Jubilee 22nd Challengers Corporate Cup.
Cocoon Home batted first and made a total of 150 in 20 overs for the loss of five wickets. Maaz Ismail made 34 from 29 while Asif Siddique made 28 from 26. Suleman Saleem made 36 from 28 and Kamran Butt made 34 from 28. Danish Farooqi took two wickets while Hasan Mahmood and Arif Yaqoob took one each.
Shan Foods fell victim to the aggressive bowling of Cocoon and they were stopped for just 103 runs with the single highest scorer of the innings being Hasan Mahmood making 22 from 22. Suleman Saleem took three massive wickets followed by Saqib Khan, Rehman Ghani, Mir Aziz Ullah and Kamran Butt who all took one wicket each.
