DHORAJI FIGHTERS VS DHORAJI BLASTERS
Dhoraji Fighters batted first against the Blasters in the first innings of the match. Haris and Noman were the opening batsmen and they got things underway in an astounding manner with their amazing batting performances. Haris scored 43 runs off only 19 balls, whereas Noman scored 20 runs, and remained not out till the end. Safwan scored 3 runs and went down because of an injury. Hassan was the last batsman to play and he scored 8 runs alongside Noman, that brought their sides total to 83 in 8 overs. Challengers bowler Ali was the only bowler to strike with the ball, picking up 1 wicket.
Dhoraji Blasters knew this wasn’t going to be an easy chase for them. The opening pair failed to give their team a decent head start. On the other hand, the bowling side was leaving no margin of error and attacked brutally to dismantle the batting side. Ahad and Saifullah were successful in destroying the top batting order, followed by Saad’s amazing spell, who picked up the right wicket of Danish who was doing good with the bat and scored 20 runs. Shoaib tried his best to get his team back in the game with his knock of 10 runs. Farooq was the last player to have scored in double figures and he got his team very close to the target. He scored 13 runs but in the end, they ran out of overs and lost the match after scoring a total of 77 runs.
