Dhoraji Kings batted first and were off to an awesome start with their opening batsman Raza who led his team from the front and batted till the end of the innings. Raza scored a magnificent 35 runs off just 28 balls. Zaid couldn’t score much and went down after scoring 2 runs. Owais went down after scoring 8 runs. A. Kareem was the highest wicket taker from his side with an excellent spell of a single over picking up 2 wickets after giving away only 5 runs. Talha scored an effective 13 runs, which was a decent addition to the total, that brought the target to 69 runs at the end of 8 overs.
Dhoraji Warriors opener Mohsin gave his side an electrifying start to the chase with his knock of 31 runs. His partner Ahmed however couldn’t make an impact on the game and lost his wicket for a duck to Owais who was on top of his game and took 2 wickets in the innings. Iqbal played beautifully and took his side all the way to glory with a valuable knock of 24 runs. Dhoraji Warriors chased the target in only 6 overs and won the match by 7 wickets.
