Ibex Knights came in to bat first & were off to a disastrous start loosing 5 wickets early on. The bowlers were right on top & the batsmen were struggling to spend some time at the crease. Bakhtiyar Ali & Usama Pasha then stood up when their team required them the most. The duo took the attack towards the bowlers putting up a partnership of 100+ runs. Despite loosing half of their side early on both the batsmen scored with positive intent. Bakhtiyar Ali departed after playing a sublime knock of 61 runs off 47 deliveries. Usama Pasha continued the way he was playing. The bowlers managed to pickup wickets at regular intervals from the other end. Usama Pasha played a fiery innings of 55 runs off 35 deliveries taking his team to a fighting total. Sayyam Khan Afridi lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Kashif Altaf who picked up a couple of wickets. Ibex Knights posted a total of 163 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
Meezan Bank came in to chase this target & were off to a flying start. Despite loosing 2 wickets early on they were scoring at a high rate. Farhan Shah & Faisal Iqbal put up a partnership of 50+ runs at the top giving their team a fiery start. Faisal Iqbal played second fiddle to Farhan Shah as he scored 17 runs off 21 deliveries. Farhan Shah completely obliterated the batting lineup. He was middling the ball from word go taking the bowlers to the cleaners. Kashif Altaf came in & he played a cameo of 42 runs off just 19 deliveries. Farhan Shah remained unbeaten as he played a sublime knock of 90 runs off 54 deliveries taking his team over the line. Ali Somroo, Muhammad Jawwad & Muneeb Khan picked up a wicket each but it was too little too late.
