A friendly match between OGS and FCC was played on Sunday, 13th December, 2015.
Batting first, OGS players Wamiq and Atif Ahmed scored quickly for the second wicket partnership by smashing the ball to all corners of the ground and scored 54 and 49 runs which included 8 fours , 2 six and 7 fours, respectively. A solid platform was laid for the other players to continue the scoring but the game twisted when Shoaib Jamil Iqbal came to the pitch and picked up 3 vital wickets which shifted the momentum of the game. Only one player Tariq Bin Aijaz was able to reach double digits after that and soon a target of 18 runs for the loss of 7 wickets was set.
The second innnings started with the name of bravery, Bahadur. He started to chase with a victorious spirit and smashed the ball for 7 fours and 3 sixes, scoring 63 runs. After his wicket, Danish Elahi(42) and Hamza (35) kept the momentum going with some intelligent batting. The target was quickly attained with 17 overs as Friends CC won the match by 7 wickets.
