Karachi Gladiators Vs Family United
Family United's performance with the top batting order showed that they deserved the win. Glory for their side.
Karachi Gladiators were off to a booming start in the first innings with their opening pair. Zahoor and Zohaib Wakeel led their team from the front and gave them an excellent start to capitalize on. Zahoor played some beautiful shots and scored 58 runs, while Zohaib supported him and and scored 35 runs. Both of the batsmen were in top form and hit a couple of boundaries and sixes. Fahad Wakeel kept the scoreboard running and scored 21 runs. Adam Khalid was the last player to add some decent runs on the scoreboard and scored 32 runs for his side. Faisal of Family United came out with a superb bowling spell and took 3 wickets in 3 overs. Karachi Gladiators scored an incredible total of 192 runs in 20 overs.
Family United seemed to be pretty confident as they stepped on the pitch with their opening batsmen in the second innings. Kamran and Mohsin came out with brutal force and knocked the ball around like it was a piece of cake. Kamran scored 31 runs and Mohsin scored 53 runs off 36 balls. A very impressive way to start the chase. This gave their side hope and the determination to chase the massive target. Danish and Faisal also carried a very effective partnership by scoring 55 runs for their side. The top batting order was literally leaving the bowlers clueless. The bowlers were out of options on how to stop the top batting order. Mohsin carried the bat till the end for his side. Family United chased the target in 16 overs.
