Habib Metro batted first and had to suffer the loss of an early wicket, but soon they recovered from the situation courtesy a solid partnership between Ali Naqi and Syed Farhaan Ali. Both batsmen showed signs of maturity and control in their stroke play. Ali Naqi top scored with 64 runs while Farhaan smashed 51 runs off 46 balls. Imran Zafar contributed with 20 runs and helped his team to finish the innings on a high note. Ali Butt took 2 wickets for 10 runs and bowled at a perfect line and length. Habib Metro posted 165 runs on the board for the loss of 4 wickets.
Acme Technologies needed to bat with controlled agression in order to chase the target. And the openers obliged as both of them made life incredibly difficult for the bowlers. Adnan Siddiqui smashed a brillaint half century as he scored 57 runs off 35 balls. But it was Faiq Mateen who delivered an outstanding performance as he scored 90 runs off just 47 balls with 2 sixes and 12 fours. Bowlers could not get any control on the game and Acme Technologies finished this match in the 14th over. The match was won by Acme technologies by 10 wickets.
