Hill Park C.C went against Medicam on 28th November at Hill Park Cricket Ground.
Batting first, Hill Park posted a total of 156 runs at the loss of 4 wickets. Waleed Khan opened the innings with 45 off 39 runs, hitting 2 fours and 3 sixes. In addition to this, Fauz Ul Hassan, the one-down batter, smashed a half century. He lost his wicket on 54 runs to Haneef Khan. Muzammil Mehboob played a cameo, adding 35 runs to the score. The bowlers displayed a mediocre effort, as they collectively dismissed 4 batters only.
Danish Afridi and Ali Naqi opened the innings, scoring 31 and 16 runs respectively. The bowlers massively dominated in the middle overs, as the batters lost wickets on fewer runs. Yasir Manzoor and Ahmed Sakaria were clinical, as they bagged 3 wickets each. In addition to this, Shah Hussain took 2 wickets.
As a result, Hill Park C.C successfully defended their score and won the match by 40 runs in the 16th over only.
