Nisum Software House came in to bat first & were off to a decent start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Akhlaq Khan & Sarim Javaid put up some sort of a partnership. Akhlaq Khan scored 21 runs off 20 deliveries where as Sarim Javaid scored 25 runs off 24 deliveries. Once the duo was dismissed the bowlers then managed to pickup wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The middle order completely collapsed & the lower order also struggled. Osama Ikhlas & Rabeet Khan stop the fall of wickets momentarily as Osama Ikhlas scored 18 off 14 & Rabeet Khan scored 15 runs off 14 deliveries. Faraz Khan came in & played a cameo of 13 runs off 8 deliveries. Abdul Jabbar lead the bowling lineup & was absolutely unplayable as he tore apart the batting lineup picking up 4 wickets. Daniyal Junaid was also exceptional as he picked up 3 wickets. Nisum Software House were bowled out for 138 runs.
IGI Holdings came in to chase this target & were off to a decent start. Umer Ishtiaq & Muhammad Waqas put up a decent partnership at the top. Umer Ishtiaq scored 17 runs off 16 deliveries where as Muhammad Waqas scored 19 runs off 16 deliveries. Daniyal Junaid came in & was looking solid. He started to play aggressively but had to slow down as the bowlers were picking up wickets at regular intervals from the other end. The middle order completely collapsed as Daniyal Junaid was the lone warrior. He played a sublime knock of 55 runs off 48 runs taking his team over the line. Asadullah Khan managed to pickup a couple of wickets but it was too little too late.
