Trail Blazers Cricket Club played against Falcons at SKBZ Cricket ground. Trail Blazers won the toss and decided to bat first. Openers Tayyab R Balagamwala and Faisal Butt got the team off to an aggressive start before Tayyab was dismissed after scoring 30 runs. Faisal Butt kept the momentum going with an impressive half century before he was out for 52 runs off 37 deliveries. Adnan Salim played an aggressive knock of 34 off 18 in which included 4 sixes and was accompanied by Faraz Ahmed contributed 33 runs off 23 deliveries. Falcons pulled back the score a little as Adeel Abbasi was dismissed for 8 runs and Hunain Usman was out for duck. Muhammad Idrees then hit 15 not out off just 6 deliveries to ensure Trail Blazers ended at a competitive 185 for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. For Falcons, Waqar Hafeez and Imran took 3 wickets each.
In reply, Falcons were off to a bad start as Tayyab R Balagamwala ran through the top order with 3 quick wickets of Mehmood Shetty, Muhammad Jehangir Khan and Waqar Hafeez while Faisal Butt got rid of the dangerous Madni Waqas Raja and Falcons were reeling at 22 for the loss of 4 wickets. Afzal then completely destroyed any chances for the chasing side taking 3 wickets for just 5 runs in his spell. Hunain Usman, Sameer Ahmedani and Ansar Anis Bhesania also took a wicket each to dismiss the Falcons for just 93 runs.
