Indus Motors batted first against Edge XI with Muhammad Mudassir turning up the heat! He knocked a sublime 59 not out off 38 runs to play a key role for his side. Waqas also knocked 32 runs. The team however played a relatively tame innings with Edge XI bowlers doing well to pick wickets lower down the order. Naseer Khan in particular was impressive with 2 wickets in his spell. Indus Motors ended at 168 for 6 in 20 overs.
The 2nd innings however resulted in a complete collapse by the chasing side. Salman Shah and Muhammad Usman made quick work of the opposition, picking up 3 wickets each. 2 run outs and 2 wickets by Asad Ali left Zohaib Mir as the only player to reach double digits with 29 runs as the rest of the team imploded. Edge XI were dismissed for 77 in 14 overs.
Indus Motors won by 91 runs.
