In a friendly match played at the Moin Khan Academy Ground, the Karachi Boat Club (KBC) team came head to head with the Inovians, in what turned out to be a high scoring epic!
KBC batted first and were off to a rocket start with both openers dispatching the ball to all parts of the ground. Khurram Amin initiated the innings with a responsible knock of 42 runs in 40 balls with 5 boundaries. However, it was M Arshads blistering innings of 98 runs in only 64 balls that stole the limelight. His stay at the crease witnessed 9 fours and 4 huge sixes. Ahsan Wali ended the innings on a high, scoring a fast 12 runs in 5 balls with 1 boundary, thereby guiding his team to a massive total of 193 runs in 22 overs.
