Joognu Sports outplay Nomi Sports in all departments in Ramzan League fixture.
Joognu Sports batted first and got off to a good start with Ahmed and Daniyal smashing bowlers and not letting them settle or take any control of the match from the start. Daniyal was the aggressor scoring 35 at a brisk pace whereas Ahmed supported him very well for his 12 of just 6 they both were dismissed by Ahmed. But they provided the perfect stage for the upcoming batsmen and that’s what Haq Nawaz and Obaid did, they finished the innings on a high and were going in the second innings with an advantage as they gave the target of 102 and the momentum was with them.
Nomi Sports needed 102 to win and they knew they have to play good cricket to win this game but they were not even close to winning it in the end as their innings folded for just 26 and this turned out to be a completely one sided fixture. Nomi Sports batting was so disappointing as none of the batsmen could manage to score in double figures. In fact the highest and only double score in their innings was of extras, out of their total score of 26, 15 were just extras. Joognu Sports tried 8 different bowlers and all were economical. In the end it was a complete one sided battle as Joognu sports won by 75 runs.
