The Karachi Stallions beat Butt Brothers by 10 runs at the IBA Ground last week.
The Stallions were in danger of being all out very quickly before Arsalan Farzand stepped in and smashed 71 from 49. Kashif Sajjad came through with a late 30 from 22 to help push the total to 133. Tariq Khan took three wickets while Masoom Ali took two and Saqib Khan took one.
The Butt Brothers came very close to victory as they made 123. Ahmed Hussain made 24 from 20, Asad Butt made 32 from 22 and Saqib Khan made 20 from 17. Irfan Niazi dealt the biggest blow by taking four wickets while Osama Ayub took three and Munir Khan, Ejaz Shah and Arsalan Farzand took one each.
