Alpha CC just could not handle the deadly bowling of Karachi Stallions and suffered a devastating loss to them at the IBA Ground this week.
Alpha CC was only able to make 96 runs in 20 overs for the loss of nine wickets. The Karachi Stallions bowled brilliantly and only gave seven extra runs and restricted the Alpha Cricket Club to such a small total. Fareed Ullah Agha, Muhammad Waseem and Rehman Ghani took two wickets each while Irfan Niazi, Nazir Shah and Kashif Sajjad took one wicket each.
The Stallions played a perfect innings too as opener Sohail Ashraf made 80 from just 30 balls to lead his team to victory alongside 10 runs from Naqi and 8 extras. There were no wickets taken in this innings.
