Khalil Motors went against NXTH Travel on 28th November at Hill Park Cricket Ground in an 18-over match.
Batting first, Khalil Motors posted a total of 202 runs at the loss of 4 wickets in 18 overs. Opener Nisar Shah stood out with his innings of 62 off 39, played at a strike rate of 158.97. However, his partner was unable to contribute significantly and lost his wicket to Arsalan Ahmed on 13 runs only. Khurram Qazi and Faizan Malik were clinical, as both posted 50 runs each. Khurram smashed 4 fours and 1 six, while Faizan hit 3 fours and 3 sixes. The bowlers displayed a mediocre effort, as they dismissed only four batters and their economy rates exceeded 10 runs per over.
NXTH Travel opened their chase with Ali Shams and Muhammad Hafeez, scoring 9 and 17 runs respectively. The batters were unable to mark an impact, as they lost wickets in the middle on fewer runs. Though Liaqat Khan scored 30 runs off 27. However, it was not enough. Asim Mughal led the bowling attack, bagging 3 wickets while Israr Shah took 2. In addition to this, Dawood Shah, Zohaib Baghdadi and Naqeeb Agha dismissed a batter each.
As a result, Khalil Motors defended their total and won the match by 74 runs.
