Okhai Stars batted first against Kutiyana Kings at the Memon Cricket League (MCL) in a match that lacked any excitement! The team had a start-stop innings with wickets continuously falling and minor cameos in the side. Owais Pasta's 20 and Ammar Pasta's 28 were the top scores as Kings bowlers did well to keep things tight. Imran Idrees was the main culprit with 3 wickets while the rest of the unit chipped in to contain Okhai Stars to 126 for 8 in 20 overs.
In response, Kutiyana Kings lost wickets but kept at it with their batsmen keeping the scoreboard ticking. Maroof's 28, Salman and Hunain's 14 and 19 and an explosive 32 not out by Umair Usman helped their side chase down the target in 19 overs. Stars bowlers Shahid Jiwani was sensational in his spell picking up 3 wickets but simply could not defend his side's total.
