Zamzam Sports batted first and had a disastrous day with the bat. None of their batsmen were able to take off at any point of the innings and simply fell apart against a heavy bowling attack. MAA Cricket Club dominated with the ball through out the innings with Abdul Samad Gaba, Fahad Jabbar and Abdul Wali all striking at key times, picking up 2 wickets each. Some brilliant fielding resulted in 2 run outs leading to a complete implosion by Zamzam Sports. They were bowled out for 114 in 16.5 overs.
MAA Cricket Club wasted no time in chasing down this total with openers Mirza Shoaib and Mohd Ibrahim scoring 83 runs. After that MAA Cricket Club cruised to victory, chasing the target in just 9.3 overs.
MAA Cricket Club won by 8 wickets.
