Maif Tigers batted first and were off to a decent start with opener Hamza scoring 38 runs. After the openers fell however, the duo of Nauman (43) and Abid (61) lead the attack with a massive partnership that propelled their team to a competitive total. DA's bowlers were weak against the opposition and could not break their momentum. With a combined team effort, Maif posted a target of 186 runs in 20 overs.
DA College were off to a rocking start with opener Ahsan scoring 49 runs to set his team up for a comfortable victory. The rest of the team however provided little support and were unable to capitalize on a good start. Cameos by Usman (27) and Shah Alam (29) provided some hope for the chasing team but was not enough to get over the line. The bowlers fought hard to defend the total, with Asif and Tanveer taking 3 wickets each. Malik and Kashif also contributed, striking at key times and taking 4 wickets. DA College were bowled out for 177 runs in 20 overs.
