Markhors CC Destroy Pakistan Pride XI

What a disaster for Pakistan Pride XI at the KMMA League final on Sunday.  Batting first, the team were completely ripped apart by a brilliant bowling by Markhors CC. The bowling side were relentless, taking wickets cheaply to dismiss the opposition for a low 64 in just 15.2 overs. Talha and Rohan were unplayable with the ball, taking a combined 7 wickets. None of the Pride batsmen were able to keep their wickets intact with the side eventually collapsing under pressure.

With a low total to chase, Markhors CC lost opener Abdullah cheaply for just 9 runs. The team then continued to lose quick wickets but Humayoon was steadfast in his approach. He played an anchor role, scoring 32 runs as Markhors CC chased down the target in 11.1 overs. Pride's bowlers tried hard to fight back with Abdul Qayyum picking up 2 wickets in his spell but the total was too low to defend.

Markhors CC won by 6 wickets.
