Opting to bat first, their openers, Danish Afridi and Mirza Taha, set the tone with blistering knocks of 70 off 30 balls and 40 off 27 balls respectively. Adeel Meo and Muhammad Yaseen contributed valuable runs, scoring 13 off 11 balls and 32 off 18 balls respectively. However, despite their efforts, the rest of the batting lineup faltered under pressure. Waleed Azeem led the bowling attack for Esteem Foods, claiming three crucial wickets, while Latif Ahmed and Hasan Shahab supported with two wickets each. In their chase, Esteem Foods got off to a shaky start, losing six early wickets. Opener Huzaifa Munir showed resilience with a commendable knock of 46 runs off 23 balls, while Latif Ahmed contributed 20 runs off 14 balls. However, the rest of the batting lineup failed to provide substantial support, resulting in a collapse. Adeel Meo and Abdullah Nawab starred with the ball for Medicam Strikers, picking up three and two wickets respectively. Esteem Foods was eventually bowled out for 135 runs in 16.2 overs.
