Meezan Bank Green came in to bat first & were off to a dreadful start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. The bowlers dominated through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Naimat Bilal Afridi stood tall from one end but wickets kept on tumbling from the other end. Sayyam Khan Afridi & Naimat Bilal Afridi then put up some sort of a partnership taking their team to a respectable total. Sayyam Khan Afridi departed after scoring 27 runs off 22 deliveries. Naimat Bilal Afridi followed him soon after playing a fighting knock of 44 runs off 46 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup completely collapsed. Faraz Sandhu, Zohair Ahmed & Adnan Masood picked up a couple of wickets each. Meezan Bank Green were bowled out for 137 in 19.5 overs.
Samba Bank Warriors came in to chase this target & were off to a similar start. They too lost 3 wickets inside the powerplay & were struggling. Faraz Sandhu & Fahad Anwar then put up a partnership. Faraz Sandhu scored 19 off 18 where as Fahad Anwar scored 14 off 25. The bowlers dominated through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The batting lineup completely collapsed as batsmen struggled to spend some time at the crease. Faraz Shah Taimuri came in & he continued with 24 runs off 22 deliveries but it was too little too late. Ayub Baig lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Sayyam Khan Afridi who managed to pickup a couple of wickets as well.
