Memon Stars came in to bat first. They lost early wickets but kept the flow of runs up to the mark. Batsmen came in & played cameos boosting the run rate of the team. Ibrahim Sardar Dosani did the damage early on playing a fiery innings of 61 runs off just 45 deliveries. Habib Shoaib & Saad Faisal did the damage towards the back end of the innings with Habib Shoaib scoring 36 runs & Saad Faisal paying a cameo of 43 runs off just 16 balls, boosting their team total to a gigantic target of 196 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Faizan, Ibad Chottani & Mujtaba Kasmani picked up a wicket each but couldn’t contain the flow of runs.
S Eleven came in to chase down this daunting total & were off to the worst start possible. They lost 3 wickets early on & the run rate was also very slow. The batsmen were unable to score quickly & the bowlers kept picking up wickets at regular intervals. Batsmen got their starts but were unable to convert them into a big innings. Ghasharib & Hammad Saeed were the leading run scorers with 27 runs respectively but it wasn’t enough to take their team over the line. Owais Maskati lead the bowling attack as he picked up 3 wickets not allowing the batsmen to settle in.
