Moin Khan XI Vs Karachi Kaikras (20 Over Match)
Brilliant display of power hitting from both sides with over 450 runs scored in the match and in the end Moin Khan XI prevailed again Karachi Kaikras.
It was a bowler’s nightmare and a batsmen’s dream as runs were piled and boundaries were hit during an epic match between Moin Khan XI and Karachi Kaikras which saw Moin Khan XI first imposing a gigantic score of 272 and Karachi Kaikras then giving it a great fight but ended up 35 runs short of the actual target in the end.
Moin Khan XI batted first and were off to an electrifying start with Fahad and Sarfaraz smashing the bowlers and build up a great opening partnership which set the tone of the entire match. There was no respite for the bowlers as they had a horrible day. Fahad scored 92 and Sarfaraz scored 70 to give a brilliant platform to rest of the batsmen. There was no real big inning after the openers were dismissed but little cameos were played throughout which helped Moin Khan XI post a big score of 272 in their allotted 20 overs.
The game looked done and completed for Karachi Kaikras but they had not given up. Even after a horrible bowling performance they came out all guns blazing. It all started with their openers providing a perfect platform again for Karachi Kaikras. Umer with 27 and Khizar with 41 were looking in complete dominance before they were dismissed and this was a real setback for Karaci Kaikras. It was then Saad from the middle order who tried his level best to take his side closer to the big target but after a valiant effort he was dismissed too for 72. Fawad and Talha also tried their heart out but the target was well beyond their reach and even after the hard work from their batsmen they fell short by 35 runs.
