Naughty XI v OGS (20 over match)
Naughty XI batted first and were off to a fantastic start with a wonderful opening partnership of 121 runs between Shah Qureshi (62) and his partner Naqvi (41). Daniyal Alvi fought hard for OGS, picking up 2 key wickets but was unable to stop the blistering flow of runs. Once the openers fell, it was Atif who stepped in to contribute, scoring a half century and boosting his team to a massive total. Naughty XI set a target of 206 in 20 overs.
The OGS batsmen needed something special to chase down this total! The team however was off to a less than ideal start, losing their opener Danish for just 5 runs. 6 of their batsmen were out in single digits, unable to contribute to their side and only Daniyal was left to pick up the pieces, scoring an impressive 49 runs. Talha was simply unplayable on the day, ripping through the opposition and taking 4 huge wickets to seal a comfortable victory for his side. Naughty XI bowled out OGS for 187 in 20 overs.
