Revolution Star and Golden Stars went against each other on 12th September at Lawai Cricket Ground.
Muhammad Raheel and Muhammad Asif opened the innings for Revolution Star. However, both got out on low scores of 1 and 12, respectively. The bowlers dominated, as the wickets fell on lower scores. Noman Siddiqui and Tabish Nawaz dismissed 2 batters each. Junaid Zuberi added 29 runs to the the target. Hence, the mediocre batting efforts made Revolution post a target of 128 runs.
Noman Siddiqui and Ahsan Shah opened the innings for Golden Stars. Much to their dismay, Ahsan got out on a duck and Noman scored only 14 runs. However, Kamran Khan, the one-down batsman, scored 64 runs and helped massively in the chase. The bowlers displayed a poor effort and were unable to defend their score.
As a result, Golden Stars won the match by 7 wickets in the 16th over.
