Numbers crowned champions

In an exhilarating grand final clash between Numbers and Top Link, Numbers emerged victorious with a narrow 4-run win. Batting first, Numbers got off to a rocky start, losing an early wicket. However, opener Arsal Ali provided stability with a brilliant 57 off 40 balls, while Sheraz Chuhan contributed a valuable 35 off 25. Late in the innings, Hussain Raza added a quick-fire 25 off just 10 balls. Despite their efforts, the rest of the batting lineup faltered, and Numbers were bowled out for 176 in 19.5 overs. Top Link’s Sameer Khan shined with the ball, taking 3 wickets, while Farooq Hassan, Arsalan Ahmed, and Muhammad Fahad Ansari picked up two wickets each.

Top Link, chasing a target of 177, began strongly, with Naseeb Shah scoring 26 off 20 and Saeed Nawab blasting 42 off 21 balls. Muhammad Fahad Ansari held his ground with an unbeaten 37 off 31, but the remaining batters struggled, leading to a collapse. Darain Faraz’s 3-wicket haul, supported by Abdul Rafay and Hussain Raza with 2 wickets each, ensured Top Link’s lineup couldn’t reach the target, as they were bowled out for 172 runs.

Numbers claimed the title in a thrilling finish, winning by just 4 runs.
