Okhai Memon Jamat Vs Alliance Sports (15 Challengers Cup)
A collective batting effort followed by an impressive bowling performance was enough to demolish Alliance Sports in an one sided encounter.
Okhai Memon Jamat batted first and were off to a reasonable start with their openers giving them a stable opening stand. Bilal and Ali played sensibly for their 34 and 18 respectively which helped them in laying a solid foundation for rest of the team. Once they were dismissed Alliance Sports came back strongly in the game with Humayun leading the way with his 4 wickets spell. But thankfully for Okhai Memon Jamat, Saqib and Ammar gave them a good finish to post a decent first innings score of 158.
The chase got off to a terrible start losing quick wickets in the opening overs which put them in the backfoot. Tabish and Khurram tried to bring them back in the game with their partnership but they could only managed to bat for a while and not with a quick rate as they just crawled along. Everyone performed in bits and pieces but there was no defining innings for Alliance Sports as they were totally outplayed by Okhai Memon Jamat. The bowling was fantastic with Ahmad and Owais picking up 3 and 2 wickets respectively which won them the game easily by 58 runs.
