Al Zohaib Warriors batted first against Abdul Hadi Strikers at the Shaikhani Premier League Season 2. Zohaib Warriors were off to a rocky start after losing opener Haris Farooq cheaply for just 8 runs. Ahmed Moten, Naveed Nagda and Zain Khan then stepped in to try and save their side with knocks of 33, 22 and 37 runs respectively. After they were dismissed however, the lower order simply could not get going, throwing away their wickets and eventually being dismissed for 150 runs. Strikers bowlers kept things tight with Khalid Memon and Fahad Dedhi picking up 2 wickets each.
In response, Faisal Kaya was dismissed for duck by a fantastic piece of bowling from Naveed Nagda. The team then did well to recover with Farhan's 34 and Saqib and Furqan's 26 and 22 run cameos. Obaid Younus however was outstanding in the field and contributed to 2 run outs and 2 wickets to restrict Abdul Hadi Strikers to 146 runs.
Al Zohaib Warriors clinched victory by just 4 runs.
