Overseas XI came in to bat first & were off to a disastrous start as they lost both their openers for a duck. Abdullah Khan & Mohhammad Arshad then put up a crucial partnership of 50+ runs. Mohhammad Arshad looked promising before he was dismissed after scoring 25 runs off 23 deliveries. Abdullah Khan played a fiery innings of 39 runs off just 19 deliveries. Once the duo was dismissed the bowlers made their comeback & started to pick up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Shah Areeb & Bassam Sohail then put up a decent partnership towards the back end of the innings taking their team to a fighting total. Shah Areeb scored 19 off 22 where as Bassam Sohail scored 22 off 16. Danish Meer, Jhanzaib & Yousuf Meghani managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. Overseas XI posted a total of 141 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
Salat CC came in to chase down this target & were off to a disastrous start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. They never seemed to find their footings from the word go as the bowlers were dominant through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Sumair Sayani & Danish Meer put up a fighting partnership as Sumair Sayani scored 14 off 24 & Danish Meer scored 27 off 21. Once the duo was dismissed the bowlers picked up from where they left & wickets kept tumbling at regular intervals. Abdullah Khan, Shah Areeb & Hussain managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. Salat CC managed to score 96 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
