Abbott came in to bat first & were off to a disastrous start loosing 4 wickets inside the powerplay. Their batting lineup struggled through out the innings as no batsman was able to spend some time at the crease. The bowlers dominated through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Mubashir Puri was the only notable batsman as he played a sublime knock of 60 runs off just 30 deliveries taking his side to a respectable total. Hafeez Bin Ijaz lead the bowling lineup as he picked up a couple of wickets. Sadiq Shah, Sohaib Zaman & Iftikhar Ali managed to pickup a couple of wickets each. Abbott posted a total of 127 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
Pak Qatar Family Takaful came in to chase this target & were off to a flyer. Their openers put up a solid partnership at the top giving them the perfect start. Syed Asher Ali scored 23 off 20 where as Faizan Gajaria scored 38 off 33. Shehzad Khatri came in & he scored with the same intent as he scored 37 runs off 28 deliveries. Iftikhar Ali came in & scored 14 runs off 9 deliveries finishing the match for his side. Adnan Lateef managed to pickup a couple of wickets but it was too little too late.
