Paracha CC went head to head against Pak Shaheen Group (PSG) at Al Nadil Burhani Ground. Batting first, Paracha lost opener Irfan Roshan for duck and struggled to keep wickets intact and the scoreboard ticking after that. Shoaib's 27 and Yasir's 25 were the only notable contributions as the top order simply could not get going at any stage. Irfan Aslam top scored with a blistering 31 runs as Paracha CC ended at a respectable 135 for 9 in 20 overs. Ahsan was the key wicket taker for his side with 3 wickets.
In response, PSG absolutely collapsed in the chase! An in-form Salman Paracha showed no mercy, picking up 4 key wickets to rip the PSG batting line up apart. Akbar Sadozai kept the momentum going with 2 wickets in his spell as the chasing side fell apart, losing 4 of their batsmen for duck to be dismissed in 91 runs in 16.4 overs. Opener A Rehman was the only player to show any intent with a cameo of 21 but it was simply not enough.
