Parco Blues batted first and were off to a reasonable start thanks largely to Rizwan Danish who smashed the bowlers around from ball one. He was in fiery mood and smashed the bowlers at a strike rate of 264. He smashed 2 sixes and 4 fours during his effort of 45 which came of just 17 balls. Habib Ullah carried the momentum forward after Rizwan’s dismissal and scored 32 of 26. But the real and major partnership came from the batting duo of Owais and Sajid. They both remained not out till the end and scored a crucial partnership which give their side an edge. Owais scored 45 of 36 balls whereas Sajid managed 27 of 26 balls. Both smashed 2 sixes each. In the end Parco Blues managed to score a big first innings score of 205.
Just like the batting, Parco Blues dominated with the ball aswell. Not letting any batsmen settle and no one could manage to reach even a 30 such was the dominance of the bowling side. Parco Blues kept picking up wickets at crucial stages and this halted the progress of Allied Engineering. Owais and Asghar were the joint highest wicket takers as they picked up 2 wickets each. And rest of the bowlers also chipped in with some tight bowling. Muhammad Muzammil from Allied Engineering was the highest contributor with 27 but it was not enough as Parco Blues restricted them to just 166 and won by 39 runs.
