QP Stars batted first against Dastagir Strikers and struggled against the opposition. Opener Faizy knocked 22 runs with his partner Kamran contributing 14 but the team never really got going at any stage of the innings. Muhammad Sami was the only other notable contributor for his side with 25 runs while the rest of the team simply fell apart. Anas Rehman starred in his spell of 3 wickets for his side while Fahad, Wajhi and Irfan picked up 2 wickets each. QP Stars were dismissed for 131 in 19.5 overs.
In response, Dastagir Strikers completely fell apart! With the exception of opener Usman's 32, the team imploded with 9 of the batsmen being dismissed in single digits. Stars bowlers did well to strike when needed, keeping the pressure on and continously picking wickets. Rehmat Ali and Mohammad Arshad took 3 wickets each as Dastagir Strikers were bowled out for 107 in 16.5 overs.
