QP Star played against Mujahid Sports as QP Star dominated the clash.
QP Star batsmen began the proceedings in the first innings. Openers Kamran Khan and Abdul Haseeb engaged in a useful partnership early on. Khan scored a half century off 38 balls before being dismissed by Omer Ali. Apart from the openers, no one from the QP Star batting line-up stepped up to take charge. The lack of aggression was helped along by Zain's 4 quick strikes in the middle. The bowling display salvaged the innings from the initial damage done by the openers. However, QP Star still staggered through to post 156 on the board.
In response, Mujahid Sports tried to craft a steady chase in the second innings. Batsmen took their time to settle in but unfortunately lost their wickets soon after. QP Star bowlers were a little wayward as they gave away 14 wides but Hassan Ahmed's three crucial wickets made up for the sloppiness. Ammad top-scored for his team with 27 off 21, but the collective efforts from Mujahid Sports' batsmen did not prove to be enough.
QP Star won the match by 19 runs.
