Rameen Fighters came in to bat first & were off to a shaky start. Despite loosing a wicket early on they were scoring at a healthy rate. Sheraz Chauhan & Shahzaib Dyer put up some sort of a partnership before Shahzaib Dyer departed after playing a cameo of 21 runs off 10 deliveries. Zain Ahmed came in & he played a solid knock of 30 runs off 24 deliveries. Sheraz Chauhan followed him soon as he played a sublime knock of 61 runs off 48 deliveries. The rest of the batting lineup couldn’t do much as the bowlers managed to pickup wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. Muhammad Ali lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets. He found good support from Naveed Akhtar who picked up a couple of wickets. Rameen Fighters posted a total of 145 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
Amir’s Chinoy Group came in to chase this target & were off to a disastrous start loosing 3 wickets early on. The bowlers then dominated through out the innings picking up wickets at regular intervals not allowing the batsmen to settle in. The whole batting lineup completely collapsed as batsmen failed to spend some time at the crease. Ahsan was the only notable batsman who scored 40 runs off 35 deliveries. Muhammad Anas Waheed & Salman Shaikhani picked up 3 wickets each. Syed Imran Haider managed to pickup a couple of wickets. Amir’s Chinoy Group were bowled out for 128 runs in 18 overs.
