Down Town Strikers came in to bat first & were off to a flying start. Their openers made full use of their fine form. Ghazanfar Ritchie played a sublime knock of 68 runs off just 40 deliveries. Sohail Khan played second fiddle to him scoring 41 off 37. Hamza Qadir & Fayyaz Hussain came in towards the back end of the innings & upped the anti. Hamza Qadir scored 22 runs & Fayyaz Hussain smashed a 14 ball 28. Afroze Hasan lead the bowling attack picking up 3 wickets.
Roomi Royals came in to chase down this target & were off to a flying start with Talha Ahmedani scoring a 9 ball 21. Zubair Dilbar also chipped in with a 16 ball 23. The bowlers then managed to pickup up some quick wickets. Just as they started to make a comeback Fahad Jabbar & Akbar Khan ruined their plans with Fahad Jabbar scored 30 runs off just 21 balls & Akbar Khan smashing a 34 ball 60 taking their team over the line. Adeel Abbasi & Madni Waqas Raja picked up a couple of wickets each but it was too little too late.
